SHOES FOR LIFE

This is a project for the integration of internally displaced persons into society through a training center for shoe production, created to support people affected by the hostilities in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region who have been left without means of livelihood. This training center provides displaced persons with the opportunity to acquire new professional skills in shoemaking, facilitating their integration and return to active social life.
As part of the project, displaced persons receive both theoretical and practical training from experienced craftsmen, mastering all stages of shoe production - from design to final manufacturing. This not only provides them with new skills but also opens up opportunities for future employment or starting their own business. The project also creates jobs for those who wish to work in this field, offering them the chance to earn a stable income. Our training center helps people regain confidence, develop self-sufficiency, and feel the support of the community. This initiative is a crucial step in the socio-economic adaptation of internally displaced persons, facilitating their return to active life and strengthening social connections.
